Many people find that a single, well-structured psychology session can help them gain clarity, a sense of direction, and feel supported.
Single Session Psychology uses an evidence-informed approach, providing meaningful help in just one focused appointment.
Who is Single Session Psychology for?
It might be right for you if you:
Feel stuck but aren’t ready for, or don’t need, long-term therapy.
Want practical strategies you can use right away.
Need clarity or guidance on a specific problem.
Want to try therapy without a big time or financial commitment.
Need a confidential space to talk things through before making a decision.
Are happy to engage in telehealth.
Are an adult (18+).
Unfortunately, Single Session Psychology is NOT appropriate if you:
Are experiencing significant mental health challenges that need ongoing support.
Need an assessment, diagnosis, or report.
Want to see someone in person.
Are under 18.
Are in crisis - please contact Lifeline on 13 11 14 or call 000.
In these situations, ongoing therapy or specialised care is usually a safer and more effective way to get the support you need.
